Request for proposals are now available for the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund! Baltimore City Council President Bernard C. “Jack” Young introduced the legislation to create the $12 million Fund and voters approved it via referendum in 2016. The Fund is a historic initiative aimed at improving conditions and opportunities for Baltimore children, youth and young adults under the age of 24.
